DESCRIPTION:The Cardinal Stritch Knights of Columbus Council #4620 is hosting a Chili Dinner fundraiser on Friday\, October 26th from 4:30 to 7:00 P.M. at Hammes Hall located on the St. Mary’s Campus at 321 E. Joliet\, Crown Point\, IN. \nIt is an all you can eat chili dinner that includes corn bread\, crackers\, desert and drink for $8.  An all you can eat hot dog dinner will be offered for children that includes chips\, desert and drink for $4.  For advance tickets call Dave Stephenson at (219) 718-4818 or tickets can be purchased at the door.

SUMMARY:St. Mary's Teacher Appreciation Walk
DESCRIPTION:On the morning of Friday\, October 2\, 2015\, students at St. Mary Catholic School will show their appreciation for their teachers by participating in this event to raise funds for our teachers who dedicate their lives to educating children at great personal sacrifice. They forgo higher salaries that could be earned elsewhere in order to teach where the feel “called” to teach. Over the coming weeks\, students and our parishioners will be given opportunities to participate in the fund raising. Family members and friends are now able to make their donations by accessing the web site link. \nSeveral Knights will be serving as monitors for this event. \nBrother Bill Gates is serving as c0-ordinator for this event.
