SUMMARY:St. Mary's Teacher Appreciation Walk
DESCRIPTION:On the morning of Friday\, October 2\, 2015\, students at St. Mary Catholic School will show their appreciation for their teachers by participating in this event to raise funds for our teachers who dedicate their lives to educating children at great personal sacrifice. They forgo higher salaries that could be earned elsewhere in order to teach where the feel “called” to teach. Over the coming weeks\, students and our parishioners will be given opportunities to participate in the fund raising. Family members and friends are now able to make their donations by accessing the web site link. \nSeveral Knights will be serving as monitors for this event. \nBrother Bill Gates is serving as c0-ordinator for this event.

SUMMARY:The First Mass of Father Jordan Fetko
DESCRIPTION:Jordan Fetckowill be officiating his first mass on Sunday\, June 7th at 12:00 p.m. mass\, in his home parish of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Crown Point. DESCRIPTION:The Cardinal Stritch Council #4620 of Crown Point will hold a Fish and Chicken Dinner on Friday\, April 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in St. Mary’s Hammes Hall. Along with fried Alaskan Pollack\, this year’s dinner will include delicious fried chicken\, Macaroni & Cheese\, hot dogs as well as the usual side dishes. All entrees are AYCE\, w/ desert\, coffee\, water\, lemonade. \nBeer and wine will also be sold to any guest 21 and older with a proof of age. \nThe cost of the evening is $12 for Adults\, $6 for kids 12 under. Children under 5 are free. \nThere will be carry-out available for the food only.
