Along with delicious fried fish\, this year’s dinner will include delicious cheese pizza and Macaroni & Cheese as well as the usual side dishes. All entrees are AYCE\, with desert\, coffee\, water\, lemonade. Carry-out will be available for the food only. \nSoft drinks and bottled water will be available. \nThe cost of the evening is $12 for Adults\, $6 for kids 12 under. DESCRIPTION:The Crown Point Pumpkin Fest on the Sunday\, October 4th on the Courthouse Square from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. \nThis year the Pumpkin Festival will be held in conjunction with the Crown Point Fire Department. The Fire Department will host their open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Families will enjoy free hot dogs\, chips\, pop and popcorn along with rides on a fire engine\, a tour of the station and meeting the new fire dog. \nWe will be selling coffee and hot chocolate. Volunteers are needed. \nThe Crown Point Pumpkin Festival is a free\, family-oriented event in downtown Crown Point\, Indiana. The event has several locations providing different activities for children and adults. See our Activities/Schedule for more information.

SUMMARY:St. Mary's Teacher Appreciation Walk
DESCRIPTION:On the morning of Friday\, October 2\, 2015\, students at St. Mary Catholic School will show their appreciation for their teachers by participating in this event to raise funds for our teachers who dedicate their lives to educating children at great personal sacrifice. They forgo higher salaries that could be earned elsewhere in order to teach where the feel “called” to teach. Over the coming weeks\, students and our parishioners will be given opportunities to participate in the fund raising. Family members and friends are now able to make their donations by accessing the web site link. \nSeveral Knights will be serving as monitors for this event. \nBrother Bill Gates is serving as c0-ordinator for this event.
