SUMMARY:NW Indiana Joint District Deputy Meeting with Councils
DESCRIPTION:The NW Indiana joint District Deputy meeting with councils will be held on Saturday\, August 22\, 2015 at St. Bridget’s Church Parish Center located at 568 E. 2rd. St. Hobart\, IN.  The meeting will begin at 9:00 am CST and should conclude around 12 noon\, with a light lunch to follow.  Doors open at 8:00 am with refreshments before the meeting.  Please forward this information to your council officers/members and invite them to the meeting.\n\nYour council officers are required to attend the meeting for new/updated information\, especially the Grand Knight\, Deputy Grand Knight\, Financial Secretary\, Council Membership and Council Program Directors\, along with any council members who wish to attend.  The District Deputies for Districts 1 through 7 will be presenting new and updated information from the Supreme Office and from the State that will assist your council to run smoothly for the coming year\, so your council officers need to be present.  There have been many updates and changes\, so be present to help your council.\n\nPlease RSVP at least a week before the meeting\, in order that we may be able setup and prepare the hall and food properly.  We ask the Grand Knight for each council to contact his members/officers and report his council number total for the RSVP to avoid multiple calls.
