Knights Introduce Divine Mercy Yard Signs to Parish

The Cardinal Stritch Council is distributing inspirational lawn signs by the Divine Mercy Signs Ministry.

The Divine Mercy image is a Catholic devotion based on St. Faustina Kowalska’s 1934 revelations, featuring Jesus in a white robe with rays of red (blood) and pale (water) beaming from his heart, symbolizing mercy.

The image signifies a call to trust in Jesus, often displayed as yard signs to bring hope and faith to neighborhoods.

The Divine Mercy Sign Ministry came into being from the inspiration of a group of the parishioners in Washington, MO. who felt called to do something to spread mercy. After seeing all the political signs in people’s yards, they thought “Why not Jesus signs?’

These yard signs are often displayed on lawns to offer encouragement and remind passersby of God’s presence, particularly during difficult times.

According to their website, Divine Mercy Signs Ministry has sold 28,000 signs in 38 states and seven countries in ten years.

These signs come in various sizes and are available one or two sided with a variety of inspirational images, including a Nativity image, that can be attached to either side and can be posted indoors or outdoors.

Divine Mercy Sign Ministry also have introduced the same Divine Mercy images on 2”x 3” magnets.
